Applicant represents that statements made are true and correct and hereby authorizes verification of references to include but not limited to credit checks, unlawful detainer checks, and agrees to furnish additional credit references upon request. I authorize verification of the information contained herein solely for the purpose of establishing my qualification as a prospective tenant. I release anyone verifying such information or providing information, from liability. I understand that incomplete or incorrect information provided in the application may cause a delay in processing and can result in denial tenancy.
Application fees are non-refundable. A NON-REFUNDABLE $45.00 Per Adult Application is hereby submitted for the cost of the Credit Reports, and processing this Application.
WHAT TO UPLOAD?
US Photo ID and/or Passport (from country issued - if a foreigner kindly provide US VISA documents). We require a proof of income on most recent pay stub with YTD (year-to-date) shown, or 2022/2023 tax records, or 3-months worth of bank statements in PDF form (NO SCREENSHOTS) you may blackout account numbers and/or debits for privacy, we must verify the deposits made.
If you just started your job within the past 1-4 months or are transferring to another branch/office a sufficient offer letter or email confirmation stating the salary and start date.
If you are a student please send us, student ID, proof of acceptance and a class schedule.
If pets are allowed on premises - please send us a photo and the most recent vaccination records of your cat/dog.
Landlords may request for additional documentation - each submission is unique and your transparency means a lot to us.
