PRE-APPROVal.
We can lead you the right direction and refer several reputable local lenders to start the process. It’s important to have an in-depth knowledge of the current market and a good grasp on what you can realistically afford (monthly mortgage) it’s vital to have all your ducks in a row for you to feel confident and ready.

OFFER.
We will be strategic when it comes to writing your offer. The highest price doesn’t necessarily equate to the winning offer. We will position you in the best place possible with a game plan to have that competitive edge and most importantly, make you feel comfortable within the process. We will help you understand what you are signing, how we plan to execute the offer and the next steps. ROOF agents are well equipped and ready to make the deal happen!
ESCROW.
Now, the ride begins! We will work with a third-party to open an escrow account in which funds will be held (deposits and any other payments). You must wait for bank approval (“underwriting” - bank appraisal, secure a mortgage), secure financing, get inspections completed, purchase hazard/home insurance(s), do walk-throughs, and prepare for closing/recording. We know this may sound like a daunting process, but this is why it’s important to work with a ROOF Realtor®. It’s all about the experience, not just the ride for us.
